AI sentence rewriter

What an AI sentence rewriter actually does

You give it one sentence. It gives that sentence back with the verb visible, the clauses reordered by weight, and the length matched to what the sentence is for. The information is unchanged. The delivery is not.

This is a server task, not a browser one, so the sentence is sent to our AI server and the rewrite comes back. The allowance is 5 free runs per rolling 24 hours with no account attached.

Diagnose it first

Why a sentence reads weak: four things to check

Before you run anything, look for these. If none of them is present, the sentence probably does not need rewriting.

An empty opener
It starts with "There is", "It is important that" or "When it comes to". Cut the runway and start on the subject.
A buried verb
The real action is a noun: "made a decision", "performed an analysis", "gave consideration to".
Backwards clause order
The caveat arrives before the claim, so the reader holds a qualification for something they have not read yet.
Flat rhythm
Every sentence in the paragraph is roughly the same length, which throws away the emphasis a short sentence would create.

The task

How to rewrite a sentence with AI in three steps

Work sentence by sentence. A paragraph is accepted, but each sentence is rebuilt on its own rather than as a flowing whole.

Step 1
Paste the sentence. The run accepts anything from 1 to 12,000 characters.
Step 2
Type an instruction in the optional field if you have one, then run it. It goes to our AI server and returns in seconds.
Step 3
Compare the two lines. Confirm the claim survived, then copy. Remaining runs are displayed after each one.

Controls

Steering the rewrite with one instruction field

There is no tone menu here. There is one optional instruction box, up to 300 characters, and it takes plain English. Things people actually type into it:

A length constraint
"Keep it under 20 words." Useful for subject lines, meta descriptions and captions with a hard cap.
A register
"Sound like a colleague writing quickly, not a press release." Broader than a formal or casual toggle.
A thing to protect
"Keep every number and both product names exactly as written."
A thing to remove
"Drop the adjectives and keep the claim." Or leave the box empty for the default: clearer, same meaning.

Why bother

What a buried verb actually costs you

A slow sentence is not a broken sentence. It is a sentence that takes an extra beat to parse, and in a subject line, a headline or an opening paragraph, that beat is where people leave.

Repeat the habit across a page and the writing reads padded even though nothing in it is wrong. That is the real cost: not one bad line, but a page that feels like filler.

There is a practical test. Read the sentence out loud and notice where your voice first lands on something concrete. If that moment arrives more than four or five words in, the opening is being spent on scaffolding rather than content, and the rewriter has something to work with.

Straight answer

Does this make my sentence undetectable?

No. We do not test against AI detectors, we do not tune output to their scoring, and we will not predict what any of them will report. Anyone promising you a detector result is guessing.

The honest claim is smaller and checkable: the sentence reads faster to a person. Judge the rewrite on that.

In practice

Who uses the sentence rewriter, and when

Marketers on a headline or a subject line. Job applicants on the opening line of a cover letter. Support teams on the one sentence in a reply that keeps being misread.

Students on a single sentence inside an essay, governed by their own institution's rules on AI writing tools. Developers use it on a release note or an error message, where a buried verb turns an instruction into a description and the reader stops knowing what to do next.

In every case it is the same job: one line that has to carry more than the lines around it, checked once, then copied back into place.

FAQ

Everything answered. AI sentence rewriter, frequently asked

How do I rewrite a sentence with AI?

Paste it, run it, compare the result with the original. Three steps, a few seconds.

Is it free?

Yes. 5 free runs per rolling 24 hours with no account and no paid upgrade to sell you.

What is the character limit?

12,000 characters per run. A run with no input at all is rejected.

Can I pick a tone such as formal, casual or confident?

Not from a menu. Type what you want into the optional 300-character instruction field instead, which handles more than a fixed preset list can.

Is my text private?

No. This is a server tool, so your sentence is transmitted to our AI server to be rewritten. Treat it accordingly.

Can I upload a document?

No. Pasted text only, with no file upload of any kind.

Is there a Chrome extension or a Gmail integration?

No. It works on this page in a browser and nowhere else.

Do I get multiple rewrites to choose between?

No, one per run. Change the instruction and run it again to get a different angle.

Is there a meaning-kept score?

No. Nothing here produces a similarity percentage, so the comparison is yours to make.

Will it change what my sentence says?

It is not supposed to. Structure changes, facts do not. Always read the result before you use it.

How is this different from a paraphraser?

A paraphraser restates someone's passage while keeping the claim and the citation. This rebuilds one of your own sentences for clarity.

How is this different from the paragraph rewriter?

Scope. This works inside a sentence. The paragraph rewriter decides which sentence leads and how the rest follow.

Will it get my text past an AI detector?

We do not claim that and we do not test for it.

Can I use it for university work?

Only where your institution permits AI writing tools. Check the policy before you rely on it.

Why did almost nothing change?

The sentence was already doing its job. A strong sentence has little left to reorder.

What happens after 5 runs?

The interface shows when the next run unlocks. Each one returns 24 hours after it was used.

Does it handle ChatGPT or Gemini output?

Yes. The rewriter reads the sentence, not its origin.

Does it also strip hidden characters?

No. Use the hidden character cleaner for that, then rewrite.

Is there an API?

No API and no batch mode. One run at a time.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes, identically in any modern mobile browser.

Does it work in other languages?

English is what it is built and checked for. Other languages may work, with no guarantee of the same quality.
